Pages from Randy Wayne’s book “Light and Video Microscopy” that was published last Fall are now available on the internet.  Individual pages of this book, which was published in the Fall of 2009, can be read by clicking on [Light and Video Microscopy].  This seminal book, which was published by Academic Press, is the first of its kind to cover all facets of modern microscopy, including differential interference contrast (DIC) microscopy and image processing and analyses.  Among its 15 highly detailed chapters is one devoted to laboratory exercises, which makes this an ideal textbook.
